Favorite TV Characters

as Daryl Dixon


Daryl is so multidimensional one minute he can be a tough guy and the next he can be a warm-hearted gentleman. He is a fan favorite character and one of the most interesting characters on the show. Let's just hope being close to Carol doesn't get him killed.

as Michonne


Not much is known about Michonne or her past, but she is one awesome character as shows just how resourceful she can be especially without her extended arm (the sword).

as Merle Dixon


You know Merle is one of those guys that everyone loves to hate and then shows you another dimension you didn't expect to see. His last episode was one of the most powerful performances on this show. When he said "I ain't gonna beg" I got chills. When Daryl found him turned that had to be one of the most heart-wrenching moments this show has had. RIP

as The Governor


He is probably one of the most disturbing villains on regular cable TV. He has zombie heads in fish tanks, had his zombie daughter on a leash, hunts and kills people from time to time. This guy is just sick and that is why he is one of my favorite characters. Don't cross him or you may end up dead or rather undead when it comes to Merle. I mean he bit off the mans fingers and shot him in the chest so he would turn.

as Glenn Rhee


Glenn has improved as a character he went from sort of chill to be cold and hardened. He is also pretty resourceful as he is usually the one on supply runs or ends up finding a creative way to survive a zombie attacker while being strapped to a chair. In an otherwise depressing episode it was really sweet when he gave Maggie the ring.

as Rick Grimes


Andrew Lincoln is one really powerful actor and really brings Rick to the screen. Rick is losing it bit by bit. Seeing his dead wife in every corner. I probably wouldn't trust him as a leader these days though until he got his shit together though. Listen to Carl man and step down for awhile you have way to much stress on your shoulders.

as Morgan Jones


Morgan hasn't been around except for 2 episodes so far, but he is one of the best characters on the show. His return episode was one of the best performances on the show and shows that Rick still has far to go before he has completely lost it.

as Jason Stackhouse


Jason is one of the most changed characters he went from a sex crazed nuisance to a thoughtful person who has struggled through some of the craziest instances. He also seems to one of the most normal people on the show.

as Eric Northman


I gotta admit I am not gay but Eric is definitely the sexiest guy in this show. I seriously don't see how Bill has ANYTHING to offer over him. He is just awesome.

as Lafayette Reynolds


I am glad they have kept him on the show instead of killing him off on the 1st season like originally planned. He is probably one of the most eccentric and entertaining characters in this series. Even though he isn't a vampire he sparkles much better than Twilight "vampires" lol.

as Pam De Beaufort


Is it me or is the actress getting sexier with age? She has grown on me and is probably the most interesting female vampire on this show. Her and Tara kissing caught me off guard but was actually pretty awesome. Tara needs some kind of stable relationship. She is always really caring in her own way.

as Jesus Velasquez


I wish they would have kept him on the show longer, but it is hard to stay alive on this show. He was an awesome and caring character. He was also really respectful and a genuinely interesting guy.

as Lillith


She has barely been on the show, but she has already caused so much bloodshed and chaos. She also finally brought the first full frontal to True Blood. Probably the sexiest girl on the show. Haha if you must know the major reason for her being here on this list is her consistent nudity. Yes I am a little ashamed lol.

as JT Yorke


He will always be number 1 on any Degrassi list I make. He is a legend and inspired me to become a mascot in my school. We are also similar in many ways. When he died in the show I literally cried and I am not afraid to admit this. He was the funniest and sweetest character on the show. Yes he made mistake as we all do, but he really tried to make peace. RIP JT.

as Campbell Saunders


Dylan is probably one of the strongest actors Degrassi has had and he added some depth to his character that I don't think an unknown actor could do as well as he did. Cam was one of the most tragic and interesting characters. He didn't pull back from what he was planning to do. He always followed through even to cause his own suicide. We will never know all his struggles that caused him to go as far as he did, but he definitely gave Degrassi a new edge that will be extremely difficult to ever surpass. RIP Cam.

as Eli Goldsworthy


Munro is also one of the greatest actors on this show and has shown many ranges of his ability to act. Eli is one of most intriguing characters and has had a good impact on the show. Not many of the new characters have sparked as much interest to me as he did. Also him finding Cam and the effects of it were probably his best performances so far on this show. Keep it up!

as Gavin "Spinner" Mason


Probably one of the most likeable characters in Degrassi. He had changed drastically throughout the series from bully to sweet and thoughtful. I do think the idea of him and Emma hooking up was still ridiculous. Me and him also have a bit in common too.

as Jimmy Brooks


I prefer Aubrey Graham pre Drake phase. Jimmy is one of the most tragic characters also. Almost everything after him getting shot was depressing. It was also pretty cool and funny to see him as a zombie suddenly with ability to walk again. He was definitely one of the more interesting characters in the series.

as Manuela "Manny" Santos


She was hot. That gives her an edge over just about every girl on Degrassi for me. lol

as Tori Santamaria


She hasn't done much yet but she is a cutie and Cassie Steele's real life sister. I find it interesting that they didn't cast her as Craig's half-sister Angela Jeremiah, but all is well I suppose. Let's just hope she gets thrown into some really interesting storylines soon I am really hoping to learn more of her home life etc.

as Gracie "Adam" Torres


He hasn't been around much lately, but as Degrassi and TV's first transgender teenager he is definitely an intriguing character. He has been through a lot already dealing with his lifestyle. I respect him for being so strong and finally having a relationship. Also the actress who plays him is cute when not acting as him.

as Marco Del Rossi


Marco was awesome. He was the first gay character of Next Generation. Nobody has surpassed him yet as the coolest gay LGBT character on Degrassi. I wish he can come back as a teacher since the last time he was seen was as a student teacher.

as Jay Hogart


Jay is a badass. He was a jerk, but he was Degrassi fans' jerk. He was the cause of many problems, but his character was important to many huge storylines.

as Zane Park


Another cool LGBT character. He didn't get very much screen time. He was one of the coolest openly gay characters. He didn't shy away from who he was. I wish they would have done more with his character.

as Mike Dallas


Demetrius has had some major plots and even though he has only been in one season so far he has proven he is a worthy actor. He is a new Senior character. I hope somehow they keep him on the show for another season. I want to see more of his character, and see more of the struggles with Rock and Alli.
