FIRST, THE OBVIOUS ONE:
The PARTICIPATION Rules:
EACH TEAM (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE 2019 CHAMPIONSHIP PARTICIPENTS) WILL BE ASSIGNED A TOTAL OF FIVE (5) CELEBRITIES
1 - Select ONE celebrity from the Non-American pool below and assign it to ONE of the teams on this list and suggest ONE alternate team (in case the first team is fully-staffed). Pay attention to the choices from other participants to avoid repeats. The chosen celebrity will initially be awarded 2 points.
2 - Rank the rest of the celebrities for each of the teams on this list.
3 - Points will be awarded by ranking, so 1-5 will receive 5 points, 4 points, etc.
4 - The celebrity with the most points at the end of the month will represent that team in the upcoming 2021 season
5 - If any team fails to have 5 total celebrities, as league chairman, I will randomly assign 2 non-Americans to remove them from the pool as it advances through the other divisions.
