• Family Guy: Peternormal Activity (2015) [Lois Griffin]: In a story told as a horror movie concept, Alex is mauled to death by monster cat, alongside Seth MacFarlane.

• Family Guy: Three Directors (2015) [Tricia Takanawa]: During the Quentin Tarantino section, which parodies Kill Bill: Vol 1, Alex portrays multiple versions of Tricia, who battle Seth MacFarlane and all die. Beheaded. Stabbed in the gut. Slashed across the stomach. Two Tricias are slashed across the stomach in a single swing of Seth's sword. One is stabbed in the gut, while Seth crushes the other's head with his foot. Has a beer bottle thrown into her eye by another Tricia. Crushed when Seth lands on top her her, causing her spine to burst out of her back. Washed away when Seth cuts a pipe, causing a massive spray of beer to hit with with incredible force. Punched in the face and then has her mouth forced onto the open pipe, causing her body to be filled with beer until it explodes. Beheaded by Seth.

• Family Guy: V is for Mystery (2018) [Lois Griffin/Constance]: Falls to her death over the side of the Eiffel Tower when confronted by Seth MacFarlane.

• Family Guy: Oscars Guy (2022) [Lois Griffin/Jenny]: Dies of AIDS abruptly, moments after telling Seth MacFarlane about her condition. As Seth begins to ask another question, he realizes that she has already died and is lying in a coffin in the middle of the room.

• The Chronicles of Riddick (2004) [Kyra]: Impaled on a spiked pole when Colm Feore throws her against it. She dies in Vin Diesel's arms shortly after Vin kills Colm.

• The Mist (2007) [Sally]: Stung on the face by one of the giant insects, causing her face and throat to swell until she suffocates due to her air passage closing up.

• Raines: Pilot (2007) [Sandy Boudreau]: Shot in the back by Ashley Gardner after Alexa threatens to tell Jeff Perry that Ashley hired her to test his fidelity. Her body is shown lying in the street at the beginning of the episode when Jeff Goldblum investigates the crime scene, and the murder is shown in flashback later on when Jeff accuses Ashley. Alexa also appears as a hallucination to Jeff throughout the episode.

• The Man in the High Castle: Sensō Kōi (2018) [Juliana Crain]: In a film from a parallel timeline, she is shot in the head by Luke Kleintank before Luke proceeds to shoot himself. In reality, Alexa survives the episode.

Before doing this, she telepathically told Robbie Amell how much she loved him. Robbie teleported only before to tragically see her bomb is imminently triggered to blow and they both look eye-to-eye for the last time.

• American Horror Story: Murder House (2011) [Young Moira]: Shot in the eye by Jessica Lange after Jessica catches Eric Close attempting to rape Alexandra, and Jessica blames Alexandra for tempting him. She appears as a ghost throughout the entire first season, manifesting in two different forms: her young form reflecting her physical appearance at the time of her death and her old form, reflecting her old soul.

• Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters (2013) [Annabeth Chase]: Impaled through the back by a monster during a battle. She dies in Logan Lerman's arms shortly afterwards. She is brought back to life when Logan covers her with a magical artifact.

• San Andreas (2015) [Blake]: Clinically dies after drowning in a flooding building as her father Dwayne Johnson tries to rescue her. She is revived by Dwayne a short while later.

• Rampage (2018) [Scuba Diver]: Possibly devoured by a sea monster. We last see her diving from a boat while the monster's shadow can be seen in the water.

• We Summon the Darkness (2019) [Alexis]: Run over by Amy Forsyth with a car, in addition to being thrown out of a window. The scene cuts to black before Amy hits her.

• Life on Mars: Let All the Children Boogie (2009) [Emily Wyatt]: Accidentally drowned on a deep, muddy wetland by the alien ship's thrust as she went very close to it. Her body is later found by Jason O'Mara. Her death was actually shown in flashback later in the episode.

• Law & Order: Criminal Intent: Salome in Manhattan (2009) [Lisa Wellesley]: Strangled by Shawn Hatosy in her apartment. Her body is first shown lying on the floor and again in the morgue.

• White Collar: Out of the Box (2010) [Kate Moreau]: Killed in an airplane explosion orchestrated by Andrew McCarthy.

• American Horror Story: Hotel: She Gets Revenge (2015) [Natacha Rambova]: Shot in the head by Lady Gaga while preparing to kill Gaga with a dagger.

• Why Women Kill: Kill Me as If it Were the Last Time (2019) [Jade]: Stabbed in the stomach by Kirby Howell-Baptiste, after Alexandra stabbed Reid Scott, in the stomach earlier. Reid is revealed to be alive sometime later in the episode.

• Six Feet Under: In the Game (2002) [Rebecca Leah Milford/Becky Maxwell]: Dies of a drug overdose in a restroom stall. Her body is shown again later in the morgue when Peter Krause and Freddy Rodriguez prepare her for cremation.

• Tatort: Furstenschuler (1998) [Kerstin Halbe]: Drowns after being hit on the head. Her body is shown afterwards floating in a lake and later on in the morgue.

• You Are Wanted: Shift Memory (2018) [Hanna Franke]: Accidentally shot in the chest by Jessica Schwarz, who is actually trying to kill Matthias Schweighöfer. The bullet hits Matthias in the shoulder but passes cleanly through his body, striking Alexandra who is standing directly behind him as well. She dies from blood loss shortly after Matthias is able to bring her to a hospital.

• The Magicians: Will You Play With Me? (2018) [Ora]: Takes over as the new host for a deity after Hale Appleman shoots Spencer Daniels. When we next see the deity, its in Hale's body. Spencer later tells Hale that Alexandra was overwhelmed by demons who tore her face off while the deity was in her body.

• Baywatch Nights: The Eighth Deal (1997) [Stephanie Holden]: Appeared as a ghost of David Hasselhoff when he felt unconscious.

• Sharknado 4: The 4th Awakens (2016) [Holden]: Killed in an explosion, along with Gena Lee Nolin, after being attacked by radioactive sharks.

• Jack Reacher (2012) [Sandy]: Smothered by Jai Courtney, after Vladimir Sizov punches her in the face. Her body is shown again afterwards as David Oyelowo investigates the crime scene.

• Supernatural: The Slice Girls (2012) [Emma]: Shot in the chest by her uncle, Jared Padalecki, as her father, Jensen Ackles, looks on.

• iZombie: Some Like It Hot Mess (2017) [Yvonne Fallon]: Electrocuted after her hair dryer is thrown into her bathtub by Joy Osmanski.

• Tuck Everlasting (2002) [Winnifred Foster]: Dies of natural causes, some time after her final scene. We learn of her death afterwards when the immortal Jonathan Jackson returns to her hometown many years later and discovers her headstone.

• Sin City (2005) [Becky]: Shot to death by Josh Hartnett in an elevator. The scene cuts to black before anything happens, but Josh's MO as a hitman was established in an earlier scene when he kills Marley Shelton.

• Parts Per Billion (2014) [Sarah]: Dies from exposure to a biological weapon. Her body first appears when she is found by Frank Langella and Gena Rowlands and her death is shown later in the film.

• Wrong (2012) [Emma]: Stabbed in the stomach with a broken bottle by Eric Judor on the beach, as her son, Cole Jensen, looks on in horror. This turns out to be a nightmare that Eric is having. She survives the movie in reality.

She is killed through a death trap by Julie's boyfiend Maclain Nelson and his friend Matt Mattson when Fred intentionally causes the top bunk bed to collapse, crushing her under the portly Matt Mattson, who is on the top bunk. She is simultaneously staked from her back through the heart by a wooden stake that had been placed under the lower bunk by Maclain Nelson and  Matt Mattson in preparation to kill the vampire sorority sisters.

• The Anomaly (2014) [Dana]: Presumably killed by Noel Clarke as the scene cuts to black after the alarm clock indicates that his time being himself was over and he was switched as a person who is sinister.

• The Forsaken (2001) [Teddy]: Bursts into flames and explodes after being exposed to sunlight.

• Heart and Souls (1993) [Penny Washington]: Killed in a bus crash, along with Charles Grodin, David Paymer, Kyra Sedgwick and Tom Sizemore. Their spirits appear to Robert Downey Jr., occasionally taking over Robert's body, throughout the rest of the movie.

• Crooklyn (1994) [Carolyn Carmichael]: Dies of cancer. We last see her in the hospital, and her death is confirmed in a subsequent scene when her daughter Zelda Harris mentions her funeral.

• Holiday Heart (2000) [Wanda]: Hit by a car driven by a drug dealer, as Ving Rhames looks on helplessly.

• The Forgotten (2004) [Anne Pope]: Sucked into the sky by the aliens when she comes close to learning their secret. Whether or not she actually died is unknown.

• Annabelle (2014) [Evelyn]: Sacrifices herself by falling from a window in order to save Annabelle Wallis and Ward Horton from a demon.

• The Gray Man (2022) [Margaret Cahill]: Blows herself up after a group of guards raid her building after saving Ryan Gosling.

• Static Shock: Flashback (2003) [Jean Hawkin]: She mention by her son: Phil LaMarr that she was shot by a stray Bullet. When Static, Jason Marsden, Rachel MacFarlane, and Gary Sturgis, Phil attempts to save her, but couldn't. She is however mention throughout the series and only appears in the past day segment.

• The Last Ship: Unreal City (2014) [Amy Granderson]: Injects herself in the neck with a lethal syringe after refusing to stand trial for her various crimes as president and as Eric Dane and Woodard's guards look on in shock.

• A Series of Unfortunate Events: The Wide Window Part 2 (2017) [Aunt Josephine]: Devoured by leeches after being thrown overboard a ship by Neil Patrick Harris.

• Luke Cage: They Reminisce Over You (2018) [Mariah Dillard]: Dies after being kissed with Gabrielle Dennis’s poisoned lipstick. Alfre spits out blood and collapses while speaking to Mike Colter, telling him that the poisoned burned, before she dies in Mike's arms.

• Final Destination 2 (2003) [Clear Rivers]: Blown up in an explosion when she opens the door to T.C. Carson's hospital room and knocks an electrical cord from its socket, causing a spark that ignites the oxygen leaking from his respirator. Her charred body lands in front of A.J. Cook and Michael Landes who both ducked from the explosion's flames.

• Return to House on Haunted Hill (2007) [Sara Wolfe]: Although Ali does not actually appear in this film, it's revealed that her character from 1999's House on Haunted Hill was killed by Erik Palladino between the two movies, staging it to look like suicide.

• Obsessed (2009) [Lisa Sheridan]: Crushed to death by a falling chandelier after falling through an attic onto a glass table at the end of a struggle with Beyonce Knowles.

TV:

• Heroes: Powerless (2007) [Niki Sanders]: Burned to death when she's trapped in a fire after rescuing Dana Davis.

• Heroes: Cold Snap (2009) [Tracy Strauss]: Freezes herself into a ice statue, while freezing soldiers and most of a parking lot. As an ice statue she is shot by Zeljko Ivanek and shatters, then flows down a sewer in liquid form. But later returns with the an upgraded power that causes her body to gain the properties of water, and allows her to move anywhere in a water form.

• Creepshow: Dead and Breakfast/Pesticide (2021) [Pam Spinster]: Strangled by her brother C. Thomas Howell after she murders Iman Benson. He then stages the scene to look like a suicide.

• Harper's Island: Splash (2009) [Nikki Bolton]: Impaled through the stomach by Callum Keith Rennie in her bar, after she tries to shoot him with a shotgun.

• Virtual Lies (2012) [Allison Dean]: Bludgeoned to death with a statuette by Marc Menard as she was approaching Christina Cox with a champagne bottle with intent on killing her.

• The Unauthorized Full House Story (2015) [Gay Saget]: Dies from cancer, we learn of her death when Garrett Brawith is informed. Her funeral is later shown.

• Van Helsing: Carpe Noctis (2021) [Nina Morgan]: Killed by Jonathan Scarfe while trying to steal the Van Helsings' compass.

• The Final Girls (2015) [Gertie Michaels]: Killed in an explosion, along with Nina Dobrev, when they use a rope-and-pulley to dump a bucket of gasoline onto the burning Dan B. Norris, while Nina and Alia are trapped beneath a bookcase, in addition to having been stabbed in the back through the bookcase by Dan. She is brought back to life when Taissa Farmiga and Alexander Ludwig escape the world of the movie and wake up in a hospital, reunited with their friends, only to discover that they're not back in reality but in another movie.

• Green Room (2016) [Sam]: Throat torn out by Kai Lennox's attack dog as Anton Yelchin and Imogen Poots look on in horror. Her body is shown again when Anton and Imogen see it in front of Patrick Stewart's house.

TV:

• Drunk History: Hamilton (2016) [Alexander Hamilton]: Shot to death by Aubrey Plaza in a duel.

• Search Party: Obsession (2017) [Dory Sief]: Commits suicide by jumping off of a building. This turns out to be Alia's imagination and she survives the episode in reality.

• Search Party: The Reckoning (2020) [Dory Sief]: A hallucination of Alia is strangled by the real Alia in her imagination. The real Alia survives the episode.

• Search Party: The Shadows (2021) [Dory Sief]: Clinically dies from smoke inhalation after being trapped in a burning building by Susan Sarandon in the previous episode 'Inferno'. She appears throughout the episode as a spirit witnessing her memorial service and her death is depicted in a video that John Paul Reynolds, John Early, and Meredith Hagner view until it is revealed that the entire episode was her vision before she is resuscitated by medical workers.

• Crossing Over (2009) [Mireya Sanchez]: Killed by an unknown assailant while trying to cross the border. Her body is shown afterwards lying in the desert when a border patrol officer sees her.
