So, I didn't do one of these all of last year, sorry, was a busy year for me. I have decided at the last moment to work up the nerve to open up a new one for my friends and anyone with a Listal account, anyone wishing to participate in this new poll list is welcome.
You know the rules: Choose 10 of the hottest men you can think of. Reasons for selections can range anywhere from simple respect and admiration, to secret sexual crush. It doesn't matter what your reasons are, don't be shy. Just so long as your choices are for the present year.
HISTORY BEHIND THE CONCEPT: As you all know AfterElton is a domain name, inspired by Elton John, caters mainly to the lgbt community (particularly male/male) demographic. In the past the domain has held an annual list called the Hot 100 that they would open up, and update every year. I was always somewhat disappointed with the appointed winners, which is why I decided to create my own version. But quickly got bored when I thought to myself, "well what fun is this?" Poll lists are always so much more interesting. I really wanna know what the collective opinion is?
NOW HERE'S THE KICKER: For the first time ever, just to assure I keep getting traffic on these things (will go a long ways toward convincing me to do the same thing next year) I have decided to remove all limits on the amount of times one can vote. You can still only pick 10 choices. #1 scoring 10 points and #10 scoring 1 point (you get the idea) but now you can vote as many times as you'd like.
Vote once, leave it for a day or two, check back in, in the #1 pick ticks you off, hey -- why not vote again?!
The poll will remain open until Dec. 31, 2017, at which point the final 100 will be revealed.

FYI - in my private life I am currently suffering health and financial complications, and it makes keeping up with Listal extremely difficult. I hope my readers will be patient with me. If your votes aren't added to the list right away, please be patient, I will try to keep up with the activity as often as I can.
