Being the lowest ranked individual in listal out of the 50 actors I picked when I created this list, I have to leave a note defending this man (as an artist, mind you).
Mel Gibson is one of my favorite people in the 7th art for some simple reasons:
1- He makes his movies and represents his roles with so much heart that is hard to find in the actors of his generation (exception: Tom "Genius" Hanks);
2- He so fast makes me laugh in one scene when in the next scene I find myself crying;
3- The most versatile actor of his generation, with no freaking doubt;
4- Mad Max and Lethal Weapon in the curriculum for the action department.
