the giraffe's favorite lists

Most of these are favorites of mine because they provide insight into who the person is that created the list or who the people are that contributed to the list. Such lists are far more personal, and I appreciate the time all of you have poured into your lists & contributions as much as I appreciate the ways they've elaborated on your tastes & who you are. I'd much rather see lists like these than the ones that are full of pictures of the scantily-clad with a "clever" title.

The rest of these are thought-provoking and/or made me laugh and/or contain great information worth the time it takes to read them. These things I also deeply appreciate.

ALL of these lists clearly took some serious time & effort to put together, and as someone who creates all his lists the same way I'd be a jerk if I didn't give them my love & respect. So if your list (or more than one) is on here THANK YOU for creating it (or them)!
