Geoffrey Butler (The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air)

No one can beat being this character from being saracastic when it comes to Geoffrey the butler. He's the best at being sarcastic. Whenever he sees an opportunity to strike within the Banks family, he makes a sarcastic comments towards Carton Banks, Hilary Banks and mostly Philip Banks' weight problem. His sarcasm also includes the way he is treated as a butler, calling the kids, lazy, spoiled brats and many jokes which he taunts Phillip being fat.
Chandler Bing (Friends)

Chandler Bing's sarcasm usually happens when he's feeling pressure. Mostly when he's talking to women. His legendary wit and sarcasm never left him without an insult or a sassy comeback. When he hears something that amuse him, he finds some sarcastic way to comment on what he hears. He hits on Joey's stupidness at times for being like a child.
Dr. Perry Cox (Scrubs)

Dr. Perry Cox is amazily a sarcastic character. Tony DiNozzo (NCIS)

Tony DiNozzo is the coolest character on NCIS. His sarcastic comments are mostly towards McGee and Ziva. He almost comments on cases which he makes them similar to his favorite movies and actors. He also enjoys sarcasm with females who he finds attractive. Gibbs doesn't enjoy his sarcasm which he stops when Gibbs gives him a stare or gives him a slap to the back of the head. DiNozzo mainly hits out his sarcasm towards McGee, giving a list of names by replacing the words Gee in his name. The names includes McGeek, McGlee and many more names.

Michael Kyle is best sarcastic characters and is best at his different ways of sarcasm. His best sarcasm moments are when he replies to people with the famous "Ah...Nah/No," with a stylish dance or body moments or other ways. He also picks on his son Junior by commenting on his huge head and being stupid.

Charlie Harper is sarcastic. His sarcasm comes towards mostly his family such as his mother, Evelyn and Alan. He jokes about his mother being similar to the devil which he comments of how evil she is, even suggesting that if she was in Gotham City, Batman would be smoked by her. He also be's sarcastic towards Alan who he taunts about his knack of staying at his house for years and doesn't pay for anything and his ways he deals with women.

As dangerous demon Crowley is, he tends to enjoy torturing his enemies like Sam and Dean Winchesters, demons, angels and other supernatural beings with sarcasm. He likes to make funny jokes to fool his opponents and even at times he's a charming demon.
