Charlie Harper (Two and a Half Men)
Charlie Harper has to be the ultimate womaniser on TV. He's always WINNING with the ladies. Being a jingle song writer, Charlie is rich. He is an alcoholic womaniser who has engaged in decades of frequent one-night stands, prostitutes, casual sex, revenge sex and relationships of short duration, in stark contrast to his brother Alan's inability to garner much female attention. Charlie has also said that he slept with his teachers and older woman when he was young. Despite his success with being with women, Charlie gets exposed by a website created by Rose which women who've had relationships bashes his lifestyle. At times Charlie was able to settle down with many women on the show such as Mia, Chelsea and Rose.

Fonzie (Happy Days)
Fonzie has to be one of the best womanisers on TV. He was consistently portrayed as being very successful with women. Very few women turned down his advances or made him nervous. While displaying somewhat womaniser behavior, Fonzie always treated whoever he happened to be dating with utmost respect. His famous dance was able to woo woman to him. He's just a classy womaniser.

Joey Tribbiani (Friends)
Joey Tribbiani is another womaniser. His character is regarded dumb, slow and doesn't understood what must of his friends talk about. But Joey makes it up with his womanising skills. He is very charming towards women, using his famous catchphrase, "How you doin'." He's known to have sex with women to get a part in either TV shows/movies. He's also a does one night stands with most woman he has sex with,without calling them back. He's quite similar to Charlie Harper.

Jason Stackhouse (True Blood)
Jason Stackhouse is known as a ladies' man and is associated sexually with many women in Bon Temps and other neighboring communities. He hooks up with many girls that he has causal sex with. He felt a sexual tension with Jessica Hamby after she gives Jason her blood to heal him, which causes him to develop romantic and sexual feelings for her. She comes to his rescue as he is in the woods with full moon and later on, he saves her as she is about to meet the sun under a witch' curse. They later have a sexual relationship.

Dr. Christian Troy (Nip/Tuck)
Christian Troy is a self-absorbed womaniser with no qualms about using people to get what he wants. In the first season, he had a one-night stand with Gina Russo, a recovering sex addict. Gina, angered to have broken her vow of celibacy, resolved to make Christian's life miserable, and the two initiated a bitter, love/hate sexual relationship that was not resolved until the fourth season

Tony DiNozzo (NCIS)
Tony DiNozzo the sacastic womaniser. His behavior toward women is occasionally noted by other characters to be chauvinistic, and throughout most of the series Tony is shown flirting with nearly every woman he encounters such as Caitlin Tod and Ziva David. Tony consistently speaks at great length about women. He pursues women on a regular basis, typically indiscriminately, though he has shown an aversion to women who don't shave. Most of these relationships fail to progress past a certain point, and he has admitted to having commitment issues.

Charlie Goodson
Another womaniser character of Charlie Sheen's is Charlie Goodson. Charlie Goodson is a former minor-league baseball player who has overcome his past anger issues to become a "non-traditional" therapist. Like Charlie Harper but in a different way, Charlie Goodson is a womaniser who he had sex with many women even cheated on his ex-wife, Jennifer multiple times during his baseball-playing days. He's had many one night stands. He even has a friend with benefits with Kate Wales, Charlie's ex–therapist-colleague.

Damon Salvatore (The Vampire Diaries)
Damon Salvatore is the charming vampire womaniser. When Damon first enters the show, he compelles Caroline Forbes into liking him and start a sexual relationship with her and also sucking her blood for fun. Damon shows a softer side because he's fallen in love with Elena Gilbert. He becomes the ultimate womaniser by wooing women such as Katherine Pierce, Caroline Forbes, Rose, Rebekka and compelling other women to having sex and then sucking on their blood.

Oliver Queen (Smallville)
Oliver Queen is one of the womanisers in Smallville. The billionaire playboy has his ways of flirting with women with his charm towards women like Lois Lane, Tess Mercer, Zatanna, Chloe Sullivan and many more. After learning the truth of his parents' death, Oliver decided to abandon his Green Arrow duties and descended into a lifestyle of drinking, partying, and girls. He regularly made the gossip pages and jetted off to beaches with various women. One time in the Luthor mansion, trying to steal something from Tess who founds him naked in her bedroom on her bed but covered.

Dean Winchester (Supernatural)
Dean Winchester is a hunter who kills supernatural creatures. Unlike his brother Sam Winchester, Dean avoids any emotional intimacy, preferring to engage with women only as sexual partners. Always moving around on the road and hunting, Dean is sometimes tempted to have a one night stand with mostly waitress working at a bar. He even hooked up once with an angel, Anna Milton.

Will Smith (The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air)
Will Smith is the master of being a womaniser in his own way. When he arrives in Bel-Air, he finds the women so attractive. He comes on too strong towards attractive women with cheesy pickup lines, using words such as hunnies, fly and girl. He also describes women's beauty in way it sometimes offends them. Kal (Smallville)
Clark Kent had his share of love interests like Lana Lang and Lois Lane. He's usually shy towards women until he is exposed to Red Kryptonite. When exposed to Red Kryptonite, it brings out a lothario out of him. Clark becomes a womaniser and becomes sexually aggressive and flirtatious, easily wooing the likes of Lana Lang, Lois Lane, Alicia Baker, Chloe Sullivan and others (however, Lois was infected by Red K at the time and Chloe was infected by a parasite). He's had couple of sexual moments while on Red Kryptonite. When not exposed to Red Kryptonite, Clark is seduce by a woman called, Simone (Nichole Hiltz) who is very sexy and attractive which she hypnotises him into having sex with her which eventually breaks up Clark and Lana.

Ryan Atwood (The O.C)
Ryan Atwood is the bad boy from Chino who lives with The Cohens in Newport. He's had his share of women, starting off with Theresa Diaz his childhood lover before Ryan arrived to live with the Cohens. He had a fling Gabrielle (Caleb Nichol's girlfriend) sharing a kiss twice after he sees Marissa Cooper with Luke Ward. He dates Marissa who lives next door to the Cohens in season 1 twice, season 2 and season 3. He meets a new girl at Harbour in season 2 called Lindsay Gardner who turns out to be Caleb Nichol's child which made them related which he is adopted. In season 3, he is involved with Sadie Campbell who is Johnny Harper's cousin. He also has a one night stand with one his mum's colleges, Chloe. In the finale season, Ryan got involved with an unlikely relationship with Taylor Townsend.

Chuck Bass (Gossip Girl)
Chuck Bass is a bad boy womaniser. Chuck is a playboy who sees women as recreational tools. His depiction as a sexual predator was abandoned in subsequent episodes, where his flaws were watered down to being a womaniser and manipulating those around him.

Barney Stinson (How I Met Your Mother)

Barney Stinson is one of the TV's womanisers. Barney, who completely objectifies sex and women and wants nothing to do with dating and relationships. He even enjoys group sex which could be around three to five women together.

Luke Ward (The O.C)
Luke Ward is the womaniser of The O.C. While dating Marissa Cooper, Luke cheats on her when he has an affair with one of her best friends, Holly Fisher. When Marissa sees them dancing and kissing, Holly exposes Luke that he's been cheating on her with other women. He even begins a sexual relationship with Marissa's mother, Julie Cooper which made him on of the luckest guy in The O.C.

Marty Deeks (NCIS: Los Angeles)

Marty Deeks is a LAPD police officer, working for NCIS in Los Angeles. He is shown to be quite of a womaniser during the show which he usually flirts with a lot of beautiful women casually around him and even undercover. But mostly he has a chemistry with his partner, Kensi Blye. Kensi is shown to be jealous of Deeks when he starts to flirt with women and usually denies it but Deeks can see through her jealousy.

Seth Cohen (The O.C)
Seth Cohen is a total geek who enjoys reading comic books but he not the kind to be a womaniser. Seth has been with several girls from The O.C such as Summer Roberts, Anna Stern and Alex Kelly. In seaon 1, Seth finds it unusual that two girls Summer and Anna likes himm and can't choose, despite his strong feelings for Summer. In the episode "The Homecoming," on Thanks Giving, Seth invites both Summer and Anna and makes out with them in seperately. He may not flirt with random women but he does attracts most women towards sarcastic charm. He begins a sexual relationship Alex Kelly in season 2.
