Main cast, secondary cast and reoccurring guest stars from ER season six to ten.
ER may have not had the same impact it did in the nineties but I still enjoyed it in the early 2000's, major characters would come and go but generally speaking the great standard of acting, storytelling and production remained intact. Even if accusations of "jumping the shark" were true (and I admit there were moments in the latter seasons that give some credence to this), it was still preferable to ninety percent of everything else that was on the gogglebox at the time. In my humble opinion.
