Geoff Johns said TV actors like Grant Gustin and Stephen Amell will not be used in the Cinematic Justice League movies, but how about a Television Justice League? Not only would fans get the DC Cinematic Universe, but also a DC Television Universe. A separate story and Universe from DC Cinematic Universe, but with the same characters combined to form a complete Universe on Television. This will be a list of characters and actors that would be in an expanded version of the already established Flash and Arrow Universe.
