After watching Never Let Me Go (& more recently Spike Jonze's short film I'm Here). Unfortunately I didn't really pay any attention to him in The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus but now I think he's quite adorable.

This is based on loving the tv show Bewitched.
A few others crossed my mind but I haven't watched enough old movies from any of them to have a particular fav' in this department. [*May change in the future.]

That some rap/hip hop stars are worth putting into movies.
Generally though I think it's pathetic that undoubtedly great (black) actors/actresses are being overlooked because roles for them are being handed straight to rap stars because they already have a fan base to draw in an audience.

Not love but like! - & possibly because I wouldn't have expected me to.
She could easily have been "just another pretty face" but I think she's been really quite good in the movies I've seen her in.

Not *hate* (too strong a word!) but I loved her earlier roles in movies such as Beetlejuice, Mermaids, Edward Scissorhands, Dracula, The Crucible, & Girl, Interrupted - then found her annoying in The Private Lives of Pippa Lee & even Black Swan! Bring back the old Winona.

- Sort of. Another with movies/roles that I enjoyed watching.. The Color Purple, Ghost, Sister Act, Corrina, Corrina, Boys on the Side & lastly an understated yet good performance in Girl, Interrupted.. but otherwise lately (& more often than not) very hit-and-miss!

Although better in action-man roles, I think it's kind of cute that he does kids films too. Most recently I thought he played his part well in Faster though.

[She was most recently in Hereafter] ..and for the simple reason that I knew her a long time ago & so it's great to see her onscreen, especially so in any major movie roles.
