In June 2014 Billy was pulled over for speeding and given a field sobriety test which he failed and he arrested for DUI.

In August 2011 Orlando was arrested on suspicion of DUI when he was pulled over for driving without a license plate and given a sobriety test after cops believed he smelled of alcohol. Orlando struck a plea deal with prosecutors, who ordered him to complete an alcohol education program in order to avoid jail time.

In April 2013 Orlando was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving and sentenced to jail for six months on charges relating to his 2011 arrest for drunk driving. Orlando failed to show proof that he had completed court-ordered alcohol education classes as part of his probation from the 2011 arrest.

In August 2014 Orlando was arrested after showing up at a woman's apartment in the middle of the night and threatening to kill her, her mother (who was already deceased), and her child. Orlando was charged with 2 counts of disturbing the peace as well as 1 count of public intoxication.

In 2009 Brian was arrested and pled guilty to assault after repeatedly hitting a friend in the head with a broken wooden stool.

In February 2010 Brian was arrested for marijuana possession.

In 1999 Gary was arrested for punching a female fan, and he also had a number of arrests for disorderly conduct, domestic abuse, and reckless driving. By 1999, Gary had to declare bankruptcy and had to find work outside of Hollywood as a security guard.

Gary passed away in 2010, at the age of 42, of a brain hemorrhage after suffering an epidural hematoma from a fall at home.

After achieving fame, Edward began using heroin and cocaine, and has been the subject of restraining orders filed by both his ex-wife and former girlfriend. In addition, Justin illegally brought a monkey into Germany before promptly abandoning the monkey with the authorities, there was an alleged brothel scandal, and a string of Twitter rants. Justin also had some real legal troubles, such as getting arrested for drag racing and a DUI in Miami earlier this year, and getting his house raided in a search for surveillance footage to prove he was involved in an egg-tossing vandalism case. There was even a petition circulating to get the Canadian deported from the U.S.

Corey began using drugs at 15 and struggled with drug addiction throughout his career, doing 15 stints in rehab. Corey once admitted to taking 85 Valium pills a day.

In 2010, Corey suffered a drug relapse and he died later that year at age 38.

In the book, Corey stated "And that's when I really took the plunge, after I got off the coke, after I'd already had a stint with crack. Then this other girl broke up with me, and then the guy, who was the pedophile (whose name I had to change [in the book]), who introduced me to every one of the drugs I ever tried said, 'Hey, why don't you try heroin.'" Corey stated that heroin was the hardest of the drugs to quit as he had become almost instantly addicted. Corey reportedly has now been sober over 20 years.

After starring in the film "My Own Private Idaho", River became more of a leading man in Hollywood and began partying and experimenting with alcohol as well as marijuana, cocaine and heroin.

River passed away on October 31, 1993 at the age of 23 and the toxicology findings concluded that he had died of acute multiple drug intoxication, stating that there were high concentrations of morphine, heroin, and cocaine in his blood, as well as other substances in smaller concentrations."

In June 1998 when Brad was 15, he and his 19-year-old cousin were arrested and charged with drug possession. Brad was carrying two small bags of cocaine in a cigarette box and a bag of marijuana in his sock.

In August 2000, Brad and his friend tried to steal a 45-foot yacht. Both were arrested that night and Brad was charged with grand theft and criminal mischief. In January 2001, Brad was sentenced to probation for two years and ordered to pay repair costs of the yacht to its owner.

In January 2002, Renfro violated his probation and he was arrested on charges of public intoxication and driving without a valid license. Brad was put into a three-month substance abuse treatment program as a result of the arrest.

In December 2005, Brad was arrested during an undercover drug sweep of Skid Row in L.A. and was charged with possession of heroin. Brad admitted to using heroin and methadone. In court, Brad pled guilty to the charges and was sentenced to three years probation.

In 2006, Brad spent 10 days in jail for driving while under the influence and heroin possession.

In June 2007, Brad was found to have violated his probation by not enrolling in a long-term drug treatment program. A judge warned Brad that if he violated probation two more times, he could be sentenced to a live-in rehab program or to jail time.

Brad passed away on January 15, 2008 at the age of 25 and the toxicology findings concluded that he had died of acute multiple drug intoxication, stating that there were concentrations of heroin and morphine in his blood.

In July 2006, Haley was involved in a single-driver automobile accident in which he struck a brick mailbox and overturned his car while driving near his home. The accident resulted in Haley sustaining injuries, including a broken rib, fractured right shoulder blade, cuts, and abrasions. Haley pled no contest to one count each of misdemeanor driving under the influence of alcohol and misdemeanor drug possession.

In October 2006 Haley was sentenced to three years probation, 60 hours in an alcohol rehabilitation and education program, a fine of $1500, and a minimum requirement of 26 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings over a six-month period.

In 2012 Amanda got in multiple car accidents, was arrested for DUI, wore numerous wigs, called a number of celebrities "ugly" on Twitter, and was also arrested for criminal possession of marijuana, tampering with evidence, and reckless endangerment after she reportedly threw a bong out the window of her NYC apartment. Amanda also stripped down to her strapless push-up bra in a spin class and started putting on makeup before leaving the class after 10 minutes.

In October 2014 Amanda was once again placed on a psychiatric hold at a hospital.
