Burtonverse Cast Of Characters

If you ask me what role of hers most Burton fans know of the most, it's Lydia - but Lydia, Kim, and Elsa Van Helsing are the three most well known Burtonverse female characters she has been.

Max Shreck: Originally it was supposed to be Harvey Dent, but we all know what happened to that, don't we? But we do have a Christopher Walken performance here. Would you believe that the reason Tim Burton was reluctant to cast Walken was because apparently Walken scares him? Walken must be doing a terrific job of it then. Burton was just lucky Walken was in Pre-Hessian mode that day.

Hessian: There's a lot to admire about this character..he's animalistic yet powerful, he's bloodthirsty but badass...he's Christopher Walken with sharp teeth. He's fierce, strong and doesn't let anyone get in the way of what he wants.

Pee Wee Herman is a very enjoyable character, he's very child-like but in a good way and is a brilliant inventor - I love all the contraptions in his house.
