When I was just a little kid, I rocked like crazy to the sound of "Ironic", obviously not understanding a word of what the girl was saying.
I like her even more now.

The..let's say..WONDERFULLNESS of Cornell, mixed with the power of RATM. Sure made two great powerful melodic meaningful albums.
Chris Cornell, one of the best.

The kids were cool, but one album was all we got :/
I liked Jason's voice (go figure. haha :P) "Sweet Frustration" - nice.

Another band from the Grunge era.
Very good. "No Rain" - great. Shannon - also very good.

Great singer-songwriter - a personal favourite.
Awesome vocalist / frontman.
Can't say much about his new solo work because I've only listened to Euphoria Morning.

I've liked Creed for a loong time. Fuck the "christian rock" thingys and labels. They had a good sound, tremonti's very good, scott's voice is also very good, they were a good band.
These guys actually kick some ass. They're different, they have some pretty good songs, the guy's got that high-pitched voice that - wow - manages not to bother me, they're energic, and great live!
A MUSICAL GENIUS, A POET, AN ARTIST. His voice is great, his music is great, his lyrics are great, his videos are great, his booklets are great, his shows are great... My favourite male solo portuguese artist. (That's easy!-) One of my favourites internationally.

Not only my dear favourites, but pretty much everything I enjoy. Comments on some.
I listen to a lot of different things.
I Like MUSIC, Good Music (although I may indeed enjoy some not-so-good music). From "alternative" to pop (good pop), jazzz, select metal (heavy metal, trash metal, metal metal, not really black metal and such), some blues, decent electronic music (not dance-club-noise), funky stuff, some punk, classical, world/folk, all the way to the great Rock with whichever hifens you wanna give it (soft-, hard-, alternative-, pop-, punk-, classic-, grunge, ...)
I do Not like any band with a singer that sounds like he's being sucked through the drain, vomiting, or flushing the toilet [I could appreciate the eventual good instrumental composition underneath but your vocals ruin it for me]; what people are calling hip-hop nowadays; "pop ladies" that besides dancing like they're having a seizure, have repetitive and uninteresting songs (and specially if they really can't sing); dance-club-headache-inducing-noise.
