Olivia Luccardi as Katie Firestone, a marine biologist/whale watching tour operator friend of George's.



She's letting Nancy vacation with her on her boat. Her boat was vandalized while she was out grocery shopping while waiting for Nancy to arrive, because of her opinions relating to a recently discovered orphan orca whale in Snake Horse Harbor. It turns out, she's been illegally feeding the orca while monitoring its health.

Samuel Barnett as Andy Jason, the owner of Whale World, a museum and Katie's rival whale watching business.



He's trying to get Katie to sell her whale watching business to him. It turns out, he and his henchmen have been using the orca to help retrieve illegal furs from the shipwreck of the Whitechapel Dawn just outside the harbor for his smuggling business. He also kidnapped Katie at the end of the game.

John Ratzenberger as Holt Scotto, a local fisherman who's running for Harbormaster.



He hangs out at the Hot Kettle Café.

Q'Orianka Kilcher as Jenna Deblin, the owner of the Hot Kettle Café, which she inherited from her great-aunt.



She has the most disagreements with Katie about the orphaned orca.

Una Stubbs as Hannah Gruen, Nancy's housekeeper. In the game, she's only heard as an answering machine message for Nancy's home phone, and as written emails.

Ditto the split screen conversations, for when Nancy calls home. Also have her narrate the emails/have little videos of the action in the emails as she narrates.

Aidan Quinn as Carson Drew, Nancy's dad.

Anna Chancellor as Hilda Swenson, the retired mayor of Snake Horse Harbor who sort of lost it and moved to a neighboring island after her husband died. She calls Nancy because she was only pretending to be crazy. She was watching the town from afar, and her crazy messages were actually coded messages to have someone contact her so she could let someone know about the suspicious activity she'd seen in the harbor.

Robert De Niro as Casey Porterfield, a friend of Katie's. Nancy calls him with questions about the shipwreck of the Whitechapel Dawn. He's a bit odd, and Nancy wonders if the reason why he doesn't always seem to hear her properly is because he has hearing loss, or if he works near heavy machinery. (Or possibly he's just a bit senile?)

Anne Hathaway as Dr. Irina Predoviciu, a wood expert that Nancy calls about helping identify the wood from the crates from the Whitechapel Dawn crates.
