"21.6. Blu-ray Vincent Price pönöttää (ja ihan kuin parodioisi itseään) vaihteeksi Corman-Poe antologiaelokuvassa. Tapa kolmesta erilaisesta tarinasta puolentoista tunnin elokuvassa on hyvin toimiva keino pitää jokainen väsymättömän kiinnostavana loppuun saakka. Etenkin viimeisen pätkän teemat kuolemaan liittyvästä valinnanvapaudesta saavat aikaan kylmäävän tunnelman. Pricen ja Peter Lorren välinen viininmaistelumatsi on jotain, mitä en aivan osannut odottaa."
"Re-watch - Oct. 2nd I wanted to try out Vincent Price with her, and wound up picking this one to start her with. Again she found it creepy at times but not scary, and noted that all of Price's characters have the same ultimate fate in each tale. My ranking for the three tales remains the same ("The Black Cat", "Valdemar", and "Morella") and it's always good to spend some time with Vincent during October. "
