Blue Velvet is a story that is very bizarre indeed but a story that I think everybody would really like because of how dark the story is. It is a very disturbing film because an ear is found in a field. The ear is a very deep effect on not just the murder investigation but also the characters. It deeply affects their lives as well. Since I saw this classic about 20 years ago, I guess it was time for a re-watch. First of all, I have to admit that I have a somewhat difficult relationship with David Lynch.
