Well, I didn't watch as many movies as I hoped I would... Luckily, I got the chance to watch some good movies, so I'm pretty satisfied.

Hmm... hard to write something clever. Viggo Mortensen is one of my favorite actors. The first time I saw him was in the LOTR trilogy as Aragorn. He's brilliant! Viggo Mortensen is terrific in this movie and his character is fascinating. I think A History of Violence is a very good movie. There's something really haunting about it. I'm not sure yet what I think about the ending, but I shed some tears...

This is a very good classic. Marlon Brando and Vivien Leigh deliver terrific performances! Vivien Leigh's portrayal is absolutely heartbreaking and a bit disturbing. Marlon Brando is truly electrifying! He shows perfectly how dominating and abusive his character is. The atmosphere in this movie actually gave me an unpleasant feeling. The movie is pretty cold, cruel and depressing, but also mesmerizing thanks to its superb cast.

I liked this movie quite a lot! It was very entertaining and a lot of fun. The movie got occasionally uneven, but the final climax was great! I really enjoyed it. I also liked the cast. Johnny Depp is one my favorite actors, and he often made me laugh. Armie Hammer did actually appeal to me and I do fancy him a bit :) William Ficther was also a cool bad guy. Another thing I liked about the movie was the soundtrack. It was amazing.

Let me put this out first, this is not actually my type of movie. There were some moments where I felt a connection to the main character, but that was about it. It's ambitious, but overall it didn't really appeal to me.

This movie is so beautiful and magical. The visuals are colorful and delightful, but the movie has still some gothic style over it. Edward is a loveable character and I feel so sorry for him. He has find a place in my heart... The movie is also very sad. When it was over I felt devastated.

This is another great movie from Tim Burton. It's visually stunning and the animation is exquisite! The story is witty and bittersweet. I also like the songs, especially Remains Of The Day. It's so catchy!

Beetlejuice is an enjoyable movie! It's incredibly crazy and weird, but also charming. The characters are very likeable, especially Michael Keaton as Beetlejuice. He's hilarious!

Sleepy Hollow (1999)

Watched: July 2 - 1st Viewing - DVD

Tim Burton is one of my favorite directors, there's no doubt in that! Sleepy Hollow is creepy and very thrilling, thanks to its dark and gothic atmosphere, great cast and enthralling story! Again, I thought Johnny Depp stole the spotlight, but the Headless Horseman was also really cool... and scary!

I love this movie! First of all, it's so fantastic since it's a musical. The singing is surprisingly great and I really like the songs! The story is awfully macabre, but it's a true delight to watch. The acting is terrific, but I got to say that Johnny Depp plays the most fascinating character! The movie is also visually stunning! You can easily recognize Tim Burton's classic style; it's dark and gothic, yet brilliant!

I got to admit it; I think MacGruber is a funny movie! Some people may find it stupid and unpleasant. It's stupid, indeed, but I burst into laughter several times. I was entertained. You can't take this movie seriously...
