Family Guy made a reference to this film once. Peter edited himself over a rented tape of Citizen Kane with him saying "It's a sled! There I just saved you 3 hours" right after somebody laying in a bed said "Rosebud".
That is all that I know about this film.

A Streetcar Named Desire (1951)
Sorry true believers of Mr. Lays...I do not have a clue what this film is about. My wife threatened to divorce me if I didn't see this film by my next birthday! (June 4)
Apocalypse Now (1979)
The first of many war movies that I have slept on. I will turn in my Oliver Stone t-shirt.
I know I know you can take remove me off of your friend list now. I have not seen this movie.
Unforgiven (1992)
Eastwood is to westerns.
As fish are to water.
Huh, I know that's not a very good one. But you see the point I am trying to make.
I have heard numerous times that this film is awesome. I cannot wait to get my hands on it.

Other than some explosive car chase scene that people constantly reference to. I have no idea what the film is about.
Something about an atomic bomb making right?!
A kind of satirical view on war?

The Godfather: Part II (1974)
The Godfather is iconic in every way, shape and form. So why haven't I seen the follow up? I don't know?
Mr. Lays's rating:

Dog Day Afternoon (1975)
Al Pacino attempts to rob a bank to fund his gay lovers sex change operation? Am I close?
Chinatown (1974)
No idea what this film is about. Some dude in Suncoast Video got really upset with me when I mentioned that I haven't seen this film. With that being said I figure it must be of some importance to cause people to become mad at you.
A Clockwork Orange (1971)
"Extremely violence..."
(That was one of the comments that by brother had to stress to me about this movie.)
"...but it all happens so that you have a better understanding of the character and the situations that arise."

Seven Samurai (1954)
Being in love with Japanese culture as much as I am there should be no reason why I haven't seen this film.
*Bows head in shame*
*Bows head in shame*
Absolutely no idea whatsoever what this film is about.
Movie poster looks bizarre though.

Raging Bull (1980)
Some about boxing. My Mom continues to look down on me until I see this movie and Man Who Broke a Thousand Chains.
Kidding!

Saving Private Ryan (1998)
Plenty of war movies on my list eh? Why you ask? Frankly I do not care for them when guns are involved (silly right?). I love gore just as much as the next man, but I prefer when there is a war on the screen that it is fought with ancient weapons. I am not talking down on the fantastic job that soldiers currently do one bit. I just prefer wars set in the ancient times. i.e. 300, Alexander, Kingdom of Heaven, etc.
Rosemary's Baby (1968)
What a baby shower that would be if you told someone that you were having the Satan's kid! That is what this film is about right?
I have seen bits and pieces, but not enough to say I have seen the film in it's entirety. It must be damn good because it is one of the few films that still gets released around Christmas time every year. And amazingly still turns up somewhat a profit.
Planet of the Apes (1968)
I have seen the horrid update with Marky Mark (so I am aware of the basic story), but from what I understand it just doesn't do the original justice.
Which is the case for most remakes.

Pan's Labyrinth (2006)
Hellboy's overseer Guillermo del Toro created this masterpiece between Hellboy I and II. I hear that the visuals are something to die for.
Trainspotting (1996)
I know this film is about the effect of hard drugs. A scene once played in Blockbuster where a baby was crawling on the ceiling. Whatever he takes I want a hit!
Requiem for a Dream (2000)
One of the Wayne brothers acts in this movie. I am assuming it contains drug abuse?
Again embarrassingly yes it is true I have not seen any of these movies on this list! Periodically I will update this list when I view one of these movies and put another one in it's place. In the note selection of the films I will give a quick premise of what I heard about these movies. Wanting to be left in my nativity I didn't Imdb.com any of these films.
