This woman has been described as fat and not as curvy. Although I donยดt think she is fat, she was a great choice to illustrate that curvy, once again, is not a size but a proportion. Small cinched waist with wide hips is curvy, no matter if you are 100, 130 or 400 pounds.

Curvy has been used as the synonym of thick exluding from this description several pear and hourglass shaped thin women. In other cases, it seems that sometimes this term has not been convinient to be applied to some curvy women who are not regarded as such. This list is just a brief example of ladies whose small waist is rarely the topic of body shape talks.
