I was fortunate enough to see this movie before 'The Departed'. I remember, back in those days, I kept hearing about this flick so I was really eager to check it out. I first missed it when it was on TV but then managed to borrow the DVD from my sister and I was seriously not disappointed. Description:
The setting is the never-ending war between the police and the Triads of Hong Kong. Chan is a cop who's been assigned to undercover work inside the Triads for so long that he's been able to rise through the ranks to a position of some authority.
