"I watched the Legion-cut that's on the Arrow blu-ray (and the Shout Factory one in the US I suppose). Despite the terrible VHS source for some of the footage (some of the best footage in the film at that!) I loved it more than I do the theatrical version. The tone is more consistent here, as the film never goes full nonsense with the exorcism ending and maintains one physical form for the killer's body, and it keeps the Quentin Tarantino -esque dialogue bouncing out of the film after George C.
