This is a surprisingly good movie. Very much a film for anyone with a (visually) creative mind as this movie is visually appealing and artistic.

The storyline could probably have been worked on a little as it seemed the usual good vs evil plot. But as I've said, visually, this movie is a blast. The characters and critters involved are strange but appealing. Definitely one to watch,... read more

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this flick but since I kept hearing some interesting things about the damned thing, I was quite eager to check it out. "Re-watch - Dec. 16th The kiddo chose Mirrormask and so I got to watch it for the second time. I love the style of the film, it's so unique. The visuals, the creatures, and just the entire world created here is endlessly fascinating to me. The story is consistently entertaining, and I love the dry humor. Mostly though I was just glad she enjoyed it and it evidently didn't give her nightmares despite being creepy at times."
