Entertaining, unusually affecting genre bender
Eli: "Yes. It's just I've been twelve for a very long time."

"Well that was decent, very well crafted. More like drama than horror or action but I was excited about a different take on vampires. And I watched it and I found it boring, very slow, very little plot. After I watched this movie and the remake, I watched Interview With the Vampire, which did the same thing before in a much more layered and exciting way. And what did you know, both movies got new series around the same time."
