Ian Holm as Alton Quinn, the man that invited Kiera out to the Asylum. He's a more than a bit obsessed with the occult. He's a former member of ARCANE. It turns out, he invited Kiera to the Asylum to release the Witch.

Warwick Davis as Mr. Creeps, Alton Quinn's favorite TV character, seen in collectors' items around Quinn's house. The doll of Mr. Creeps that Alton has foreshadowed Kiera's meeting with the Witch, saying, "She's waiting for you, Kiera."

Voice-over cameo as the doll version of Mr. Creeps. Also seen as the face model for the character.

Helena Bonham Carter as the Blackwater Witch. She's hidden in the heart of the Asylum.

Voice-over role, to start with. She'd need a lot of prosthetics, once she's finally seen on-screen.

Dominic Monaghan as an ARCANE agent.

Matthew McConaughey as an ARCANE agent.

Mary Elizabeth Winstead as an ARCANE agent, seen at the end.

Paul Bettany as an ARCANE agent, seen at the end.

Directed by David Yates. I think this is mostly inspired by his work on the Harry Potter movies.
