It turns out, he was adopted by Ezra Wickford, the man who built the castle in the 1920s, but was later disowned for having a criminal record as a child and young adult.

Adrian R'Mante as Jacques Brunais, the French ski instructor at Wickford Castle and a retired Olympic athlete.



He quit skiing professionally after a horrible wipeout during one of the Games. He's about to get married. It turns out, he's at risk of being deported for not renewing his work visa. Also, his grandfather was the master carpenter in charge of moving Wickford Castle's famous tower that used to belong to Marie Antoinette from France to Wisconsin. His grandfather also mentioned finding a blue medallion in a hidden compartment in the tower, and Jacques wanted to find it.

Victoria Justice as Lisa Ostrum, a photojournalist who arrived at Wickford Castle before the blizzard hit.



It turns out, the whole photojournalist thing was just a cover for the fact that she was a jewel thief who wanted to steal the diamond hidden in the tower.

Estelle Harris as Professor Beatrice Hotchkiss, a French History teacher who arrived at Wickford Castle before the blizzard hit.



She's at the castle to do research on her specialty, Marie Antoinette, since the castle's main tower used to belong to the Queen.
