The story is creative having a dystopian future cop hunt down a demonic serial killer (you heard right, this dystopian sci fi Film has demons as in evil supernatural beings)is very original. I remember going to Blockbuster and picking out this movie because the VHS cover was super cool. I waited forever for a proper HD release of this movie because the old blu-ray release was pretty bad.
