Generic, cliché-ridden suspense film

"Plot: A couple decide to adopt 8-year-old Esther, after a miscarriage. But they soon start to notice her strange behavior. Plot Twist: Esther is not an 8-year-old girl, but a woman in her thirties whose hormones keeps her from growing into adult size. And years before, she killed a previous family, when the husband learned who she was and made the murders look like an accident and she's the only survivor."
