" 8 confirmed deaths 5 men 2 women 1 camera operator Running time: 98 mins Number of deaths: 8 Kills per minute: 12.25 Favourite death? Sheriff Hoyt, who was repeatedly hit by his own car. Coolest kill: Unnamed hitchhiker. Because of how brutal it was. Lamest death: Andy, who was just gut stabbed. Survivors: Luda May Sawyer, Erin Hardesty, Monty Hewitt, unnamed baby, Jedediah, Tea Lady, Henrietta, and Thomas Hewitt"
"Pros: It’s a very grimy, atmospheric movie. The cinematography. Jessica Biel Leatherface and his family, especially R. Lee Ermey as the Sheriff. He is freaking terrifying. It’s actually not all that bad. Cons: It’s one long Abercrombie and Fitch ad, for some. I give that much, given it’s the early 2000’s we are talking about. For Chainsaw purists, this movie is a unholy abomination. "
"Plot: A group of friends get further ensnared in a web of death after circumstances take them to the nearest small town. Generally well received by a new generation, this remake is far from the worst but it also isn't exactly the best. " "The crime scene was not properly secured by Travis County Police. Two investigating officers were fatally wounded that day. This is the only known image of Thomas Hewitt, the man they call Leatherface. The case today still remains open." Directed by Marcus Nispel Written by Scott Kosar Music by Steve Jablonsky Cinematography by Daniel Pearl Editing by Glen Scantlebury "
"Rated: R Why it’s rated: Drug Content, Gore, Graphic Violence, Profanity, and Scary Moments."
