" Natasha Binder comes to New Orleans looking for her father, who has gone missing. In doing so, she meets a very hard man called Chance. He helps her find out that her father was killed by an organisation who sell the opportunity to hunt human prey. They are taking advantage of a police strike in New Orleans. Will the Muscles from Brussels win through? Well... What do you think? The first American film, to be directed by John Woo, the movie did decently at the box office, and is considered"

"9.2. Netflix Mr. Woo goes to Hollywood ja kaikki on hölmyilyistÀ huolimatta varsin kivasti. Varmaan puoli tuntia kestÀvÀ loppukahnaus on huikeaa tykitystÀ. Lance HenriksenillÀ on varmasti ollut kurkku kipeÀ kuvauksissa."
"2.1. rewatch Lance Henriksenin esittÀmÀ vihulainen on elokuvan suola ja miehen kÀyttÀmÀ pitkÀpiippuinen pistooli aiheutti jÀlleen epÀkÀytÀnnöllisyydellÀÀn hupia. Myös toimintakohtaukset hienoja koska John Woo. Turhia tÀytelÀtinÀkohtauksiahan nÀistÀ voisi aina karsia pois."
" Starz- 1hr. 36min. First Viewing Hard Target is a truly stupid film, but it is gloriously so; combining JCVD and John Woo proves an inspired pairing, as the actor's stilted performance goes surprisingly well with the director's cheesy, kinetic, near-balletic filmmaking style. Really, aesthetic is all the film has going for it; the story isn't necessarily terrible (it could make for some solid social commentary in the right hands), but it's schlock, pure and simple, only elevated by Woo's style "
"6.6. Van Dammen tÀhdittÀmÀssÀ toimintaelokuvassa Lance Henriksenin johtama pahisliiga jÀrjestÀÀ ihmisjahteja adrenaliiniryöppyÀ janoaville miljonÀÀreille. Kohteiksi palkataan kodittomia sotaveteraaneja, joita ei kaipaa kukaan. Vuosia kaduilla asuneiden vÀhÀosaisten hammaskalustot kiiltÀvÀt valkoisina eikÀ peruskuntokaan nÀytÀ rapistuneen yhtÀÀn. Homma lÀhtee vÀhÀn lapasesta, kun erÀÀllÀ sotaveteraanilla olikin tytÀr. Aikaisemmin tÀydellisen hienovaraisesti ja hiljaa"
"April 20th Directed by: John Woo A large step above most action films I've seen of the era, most stars get by on cool factor and I think Van Damme has that plus actual martial arts skills. Then of course, John Woo is an action genius, I can't believe how many holy shit moments there were, I'd say over half of the film is action scenes and thank god for that because everything that didn't include Van Damme or Lance Henriksen was downright boring. I did like how the main thrust of the story didn"
