I'm not sure what movies Mario Bava directed by useing fake names. In IMDB I found these names:

John Foam, Marie Foam, John Hold, Mickey Lion, John M. Old

Bava Jr. also used some fake names. In IMDB I found these:

Larry Louis, John Old Jr.
