Fun story of the origin of Captain Marvel. Impressive de-aging. I felt the 3D was more distracting than anything, though, and think I prefer watching without. 7/10

Funny origin story of the Miles Morales Spider-man. Amusing interaction with the multiple Spider-people. Some things left unexplained, but that wasn't the point of the movie, mostly.

Aliens take over, but the resistance fights. OK enough, but questions about how they are strong enough to fight now, but the governments couldn't fight them before makes it hard to swallow.

Starts off creepy, building up the terror, then it get dumb. And then, dumber. And ends as dumb as is possible. Another horror movie that ruins itself by trying to explain the scares and doing it terribly.

A perfect conclusion to the Infinity Stones arc. A lot of the heroes that weren't featured as much in Infinity Wars get their fair share of screen time in this one. Lots of great callbacks.

Saw this because the timing of it was better than Endgame. Didn't realize, but this movie is set in the same universe as Conjuring / Annabelle and was just as terrible. Boring, with meaningless jumpscares and a ghost the runs away frequently without any reason. I wish I could build a time machine and go back and save an alternate reality me from having to sit through it.

Nice sequel to Homecoming. I love how it ties into the Avengers story. Funny, clever, and even though I know stuff about Marvel, some of it was a surprise to me. Clever stinger.

Rambo has abandoned the violent ways of his past and becomes a professor at a university. He uses diplomacy and the power of words to reason a satisfactory conclusion with the antagonist. Nah, just kidding. Bloody violence and revenge, just as it should be.

Hadn't seen it before, but we had just watched the preview of "High School Musical the Musical the Series" which was amusing, so we watched together. Good enough, if a bit predictable. Watched the 2nd immediately after and only give that a 6/10.
