In Voices, he loses his stubbles and becomes an altogether different person as Jerry, a lovable, sweet-natured, serial killer who hears animal voices. It is wickedly funny, Reynolds is great (he does all the other voices himself), but the story could've offered something better than just profiling its character, which lead to a rather unsatisfying (just a last-minute) ending.  "
