“Even though I wasn't exactly blown away by 'The Purge', since this sequel seemed to have a decent reputation, I thought I might as well check it out. Well, first of all, I want to point out a major flaw in this concept. Indeed, it is rather ridiculous to believe that crime would drastically drop if people were allowed to do whatever they want during one night. Indeed, for example, a murder is very often an impulsive act and a thief would rather operate some other night when not everything is in complete lockdown. So, the concept is rather ridiculous but it doesn't mean that it can't be entertaining and I have to admit that this sequel was an improvement on its predecessor.
