" The Doom Generation is a 1995 independent black comedy thriller film co-produced, co-edited, written and directed by Gregg Araki, and starring Rose McGowan, James Duval and Jonathan Schaech. The plot follows two troubled teenage lovers who pick up an adolescent drifter and embark on a journey full of sex, violence, and convenience stores. Carnage ensues when trash-mouthed, meth-freak Amy Blue and her dim-bulb boyfriend, Jordan White, save depraved drifter Xavier Red from some skinheads. "

I almost watched it back in the early 2000s at my friend's house, but their VHS copy didn't work. Better late than never, I finally sat down and watched it. After watching it for the first time, I loved it. The Doom Generation is an awesome movie in my opinion. I love the vibe that this film has. The Doom Generation is like a mixture of a Quentin Tarantino movie, a 9"
