"Terrific thriller based on true events and starring Henry Fonda as a man assigned to track down a notorious killer who was getting into women's homes and murdering them. The film plays out in two halves, the film as the police are faced with another crime, the second seen from the moment their suspect is caught and examined. Use of split screen has a distinctive sixties feel and while not perfect, it does manage to be interesting nevertheless."
