(OK) Why it lacks pefection? Story and rythm and well conceived amd composed scenes; but there are some flaes as the color hallucinations of the harsh acting of some seocndary characters. Breck is just ok, Towers is better.

A good movie

I wasn’t really sure what to expect from this movie but since it was added on the’ 1001 Movies You Must See Before You Die list’, I was quite eager to check it out. 1001 Movies ... my own version (1960's) (107 movies items)

" Notes: First of all, I always had a weak spot for movies about mental institutions and this movie is probably the oldest one I have seen dealing with this subject. Well, I was surprised by how good it turned out to be. Indeed, what I enjoyed the most was the explanation they gave about how these patients ended up in this place. Indeed, the fascinating theory developed in this movie is that nobody is really born crazy. In most cases, for most people, after having a terribly stressing or even tr"
