Wizard Magazine came up with a list of the 100 best cartoons of all time. As far far as what's been aired in the US, atleast. It kind of sucks. Some great cartoons are missing, some should be higher and some shouldn't be on the list but w/e. Here's their list in order. from one to one-hundred.
