Jeremy Irons as Count Vladd Vansig III, the man hosting the Opera company.

Lauren Lopez as Hilda, the Opera company's leading lady. She used to be very thin. She's obsessed with eating, which led to her massive weight gain.

She'd probably need a fat suit or prosthetics to get the stereotypical "when the fat lady sings" look that Hilda's shown as having, and wear a blond wig or hair dye.

Alan Rickman as Leonardo, the Opera company's leading man.

Toby Regbo as Vincent, the Opera company's new violinist. It turns out, he's actually Viggo Vansig. He's out for revenge on his father, the Count.

Anna Popplewell as Caroline, the Opera company's new female understudy. It turns out, she's actually Christine, and she's looking for revenge against the Count (and the Opera company) for killing pretty much her whole family and torturing her grandfather at Ashburg Asylum.

Michael Caine as Giles, the Stage Manager of the Opera company.

Ian Holm as Charles, Count Vladd's personal assistant. It turns out, he's Christine's/Carolina's grandfather, and the two of them are out for revenge on the Count (and the Opera company) for killing their family.

Brenda Song as Abigail, the Opera company's makeup artist. She primarily works with Hilda.

Jude Law as Tiberius, the Opera company's music conductor/Maestro.

Music by Danny Elfman, if they don't use the original game soundtrack. It's just not a Tim Burton movie if it doesn't have a Danny Elfman soundtrack.
