"Reason for the future sucking: A high-tech, highly realistic adult amusement park called Delos features androids that are almost indistinguishable from human beings. For $1,000 per day, guests may indulge in any fantasy, including killing or having sex with the androids. The androids, have "other ideas", however. Year it takes place: The near future."

" First Viewing Viewing Date: February 24th Via: Apple TV Plot: A robot malfunction creates havoc and terror for unsuspecting vacationers at a futuristic, adult-themed amusement park. Rating: 8.1/10 Why Did I Watch It? I feel like this was long overdue, it's something of a cult film with significant cultural influence, and it was written and directed by Michael Crichton."

" *First use of 2D computer animation in a significant entertainment feature film."

" Director: Michael Crichton His 1st Movie. My 2nd movie watched from the director. It's tough to truly enjoy this movie after having watched the series. Now, if I had watched this prior to the serie"

There’s also a vague sense that the material has not entirely reached its maximum potential so its remodel into a hit television series is not surprising. Hell, even creator Michael Crichton took the basic premise, theme goes on the fritz with dangerous results, and reconstituted it into Jurassic Park. Good ideas can become eternal well springs. For those that don’t know, Delos is an attraction for the rich that allows them to indulge in their most depraved fantasies” read more

"In the future, rich tourists tired of traditional vacations can visit three adult theme parks in which lifelike robots cater to their every need. But after a series of malfunctions, the androids begin murdering their guests, leading to a final standoff involving Yul Brynner as a surly, trigger-happy gunslinger. Michael Crichton’s 1973 film foresaw the rise of computer viruses and was one of the first to utilize CGI technology that would become commonplace years later. While the graphics may lo"
