"FORMAT: 35mm CONDITION: ★★½ NOTES: 1997 BFI reissue. Many noticeable damages mainly through splicing, most prominent in the first and second reels. The second reel commended around five frames late, starting with a black screen and ending with an overlap. Changeovers included purple marker etchings, crosses, cigarette burns and rings, but appeared to have been timed at the exact original points. DATE: December 13th 2020 CINEMA: BFI LOCATION: Southbank"
