well, one of the best movies i've ever seen, for sure.
sorry by the sucking english of a brazilian thirteen... but whatever...

the movie is everything we DONT expect. the way the guy scape from prision, every thing seem kinda surreal. its a combination of drama, romance, suspence... everything that i particullary LOVE. =)

'The Count of Monte Cristo' is a remake of the Alexander Dumas tale by the same name. Dantes, a sailor who is falsely accused of treason by his best friend Fernand, who wants Dantes' girlfriend Mercedes for himself.
