Ok let me start by saying that a good movie should have a nice cast , GREAT storyline and most importantly should entertain people. This movie was a great package of everything .I really liked the whole story , twists , cast , screenplay , effects , music .I enjoyed it a lot. Right from the beginning to the end. A very beautiful film, with wonderful performances, great music my M83 and fantastic film making. A very unique piece of art from J.Kosinski and team.

A veteran assigned to extract Earth's remaining resources begins to question what he knows about his mission and himself.Year 2073. 60 years ago the Earth was attacked, the war was won, but half the planet was destroyed, and all humans were evacuated. Jack Harper (Tom Cruise), a former Marine, is one of the last men that inhabit it. It's a Drones engineer involved in an operation to extract the vital resources of the planet. "Reason for the future sucking: It's kind of like Wall-E, but with Tom Cruise seemingly left behind, to deal with aliens who have destroyed the Earth. My guess, somewhere in the rubble copies of Rock of Ages DVDs, are left with still very few having seen them. Year it takes place: Sixty years, after the aliens attack."

" This was good sci-fi, I think. I tend to think that about most sci-fi, though, so what do I know? Ha! It's intriguing and whether you admit it or not, that damned Tom Cruise is so captivating. I've been coming around to him lately and I think he deserves the praise he gets. That said, this movie was built on concept after concept and they keep kicking them away to reveal new ones. I like what they did with the 'alien' because that made it less predictable than most. I'd say it was decent"
