"Watched on: Watched on: March 12th, 2024. The concept of a bunch of slugs killing people when they least expect it is pretty hard to grasp, but.. "they" (the creators) made it work imo. I liked the overall tone of the film and the gore-effects were very well-done! I applaud the special (practical) effects. The movie itself in terms of story was fine, gave me sorta the vibes of 1988's "The Blob" as well as 1966's "Island of Terror" - which is a plus. Enjoyed it overall! "
