The plot is about average IQ going down the toilet and the future looking like a farce, but between the lines there's so much more message about the role of a state, corporate corruption, social policies and stuff. The ending is both naive and very ironic, since while they try to make the world better place to live, they only touch the bare surface while the big system remains the same and nothing really changes or ever will."
