"The gig economy doesn't seem *that* bad! Within the deepest core Holy Motors is a pretty straightforward story of the actor's struggle. The form and structure elevates it though, as each of the performances that create the whole of the film are full of nuance and reflection on the profession and the life of someone who has sacrificed themselves therein. Seeing your youth while playing a dying elderly man, the constant false promises of hope, repeating a fate you know will eventually befall you."
