Description: In 1959, in San Francisco, the telephone operator Penny Washington leaves her three children to work in her night shift. The shy singer Harrison Winslow is afraid of the stage and quits his audition. The waitress Julia is proposed by her boyfriend and she does not accept; then she regrets and leaves her job to seek him out. The smalltime thief Milo Peck tries to retrieve a collection of stamps that he had stolen from a boy. They embark in a bus and the driver Hal distracts while driving and has a serious accident, and driver and passengers die. "First viewing - May 31st I opted to end the month with the only one of Charles Grodin's films I had access to and had not seen yet in honor of his passing this month. While Heart and Souls is not the best showcase for him, he's in it enough that it still counts. The story is pretty amusing, though only one of the 5 major characters had a story I was deeply invested in. It's nothing deep or life-changing, but after all the heaviness of Barry Lyndon I needed something lighter and it did the trick"

"25 as Thomas Reilly This movie was really surprising in both how enjoyable it was and how great he was in it (Which wasn't all that surprising, he's amazing every movie he's in but not every movie he's in is so, well, amazing.) :P I loved when he was in his business meeting and the spirit of one of the ladies took over his body and he poured himself all over 2 of his male co workers. He moved so sensual and fun."
