"This is Constantine. John Constantine. Asshole."

Another comic book to film adaptation. The best thing about this film? Keanu Reeves wasn't in dark sunglasses. :))) Keedin'. It would definitely have to be the kickass special effects. John Constantine (Reeves) is a "gifted" man who has been given the ability to distinguish demons from humans, and he has been using this power to exor... read more

I am overlooking the fact that Keanu Reeves is the star when I say this film is amazing. Visually stunning and well adapted to the graphic novel, Constantine is much better than expected. The appearance of Satan is far and away his best character cameo in movie history.

"Mammon is the demon of avarice, greed and materialism. He, which the Jesuit Peter Binsfeld is one of the "Seven Princes of Hell" is the devil to which all those money slaves living in the consumer world today kneel. Thus, more than any other demon, Mammon reigns today.Mammon was the god of wealth in the pantheon of the Phoenicians and , linked to that position of God, was the Phoenician word " mommon " which was translated as "benefit " or "utility." Then of cultural contact , became an Aramaic "

"When a Mexican finds the Spear of Destiny amidst ruins, it sets off a chain of events that could lead to a Hell-fueled Armageddon on Earth. Enter John Constantine, freelance demon-hunter, and Los Angeles detective Angela Dodson, who are to play roles in the ongoing battle between heaven and hell. This DC comic-book offering from Hollywood is this dark, depressing supernatural thriller which sees Keanu Reeves as a Neo-like hero, this time employed as an exorcist to prevent half-breed demons from"
