The Blob
From The Blob films
Known powers and abilities:
With each kill the creature makes, it increases in size, intending to spread worldwide until it has devoured everyone.
Bullets and explosives have no effect. It shows no signs of pain or slowing down when being hit or taking any damage.
It only appeared single-minded in its mission to eat anyone it came across. Worse, it could seep in through any nook and cranny, meaning there's no place the heroes can hide that the Blob can't get to them.
It's only when the creature is exposed to freezing temperatures or liquid nitrogen that it's able to stop advancing.
However, this doesn't kill the Blob, only causing it to lie dormant until it warms up and eventually eats again.
Why you won’t survive:
With no real shape or form, it oozes and you lose,

Since 1954, this classic Kaiju has stomped and smashed his way into the hearts and minds of millions of moviegoers and his popularity has only grown over the years.
While he's sometimes portrayed as an Earth-saving antihero, there's no denying he's more of a fearsome foe in his black-and-white big-screen debut.
All hail the king.
Agent Kermit D. Fonz's rating:

Clover
From the Cloverfield series

It was unstoppable during its rampage through NYC, and it could use its incredible size and strength to rip through entire buildings with ease. It had near-impenetrable skin that was able to withstand massive amounts of damage despite everything the US military threw at it.

Weapons and abilities:
The Creeper employs a variety of weapons in his pursuit of food. He commonly carries daggers and throwing stars made from the flesh and bones of his victims.

The Creeper’s ability to regenerate makes it pretty much immortal, and the only way to possibly kill him would be to keep him from feeding, but that definitely wouldn’t be easy.
It kills kills humans to harvest their organs every 23rd of March. The reason it does this is to replace the ones that are rotting away on the creature's body.
Good news? It only appears, very frequently. Bad news? When it does, you’re good as dead.

Also the Lament Configuration, and torture. From which he can create other fellow Cenobites at his command.
Why you won’t survive:
Pinhead's intelligent and stoic characterization separates him from the mindless killing machines that populated 80s horror.
Pinhead's evil becomes more pronounced as the series continues, and his humanity becomes a more distant memory.
While he's easier to reason with than someone like Jason Voorhees, Pinhead knows how to make his victims seriously hurt, often with a good set of chains. Whatever you want to call him, he’s not someone to be messed with.

Quite simple, he is pure evil.
Why you won’t survive:
By the end of the first movie, it’s clear that Myers is something far scarier than just a knife-wielding maniac.
Seemingly impervious to bullets, burning, and bludgeoning, Michael Myers has come to represent the unstoppable force that is evil.
And like many real-life killers, there’s no telling exactly why Myers is the way he is.
Agent Kermit D. Fonz's rating:

Ghostface
Played by: Various actors and voiced by Roger L. Jackson
From the Scream franchise
Weapons used: Mostly knives.
Why you won’t survive:
As long as you have an encyclopedial knowledge of horror films, and can out manoeuvre him, you’re good as dead.
While he (or whoever) can be killed, after all he (or whoever), is kill able, someone could take on the mantle of Ghostface.
Again, again, again, and again....
Agent Kermit D. Fonz's rating:

Played by: Tony Todd
Known powers: He is death.
Why you won’t survive:
How can a villain be so simple yet so complex? So familiar yet so mysterious? In the "Final Destination" franchise, characters’ intuitions let them escape Death, only to find it come back for them with a vengeance.
Although Death never manifests in a physical form, say as a guy in a black cloak with a scythe, its efforts do not go unnoticed.
To stave off Death, his subjects can become desperate, going as far as committing murder.
There’s no way to avoid the wrath of this villain, even in real life. But the fates of these characters are a special kind of disturbing.
“I’ll be seeing you. Real soon.”
Agent Kermit D. Fonz's rating:

Jason Voorhees
Played by: Ari Lehman, Warrington Gillette, Steve Daskewisz, Richard Brooker, Ted White, Tom Morga, C. J. Graham, Kane Hodder, Ken Kirzinger, and Derek Mears
From the Friday the 13th series
Weapons and powers used: He is seemingly unstoppable, with guns and most weapons rendered useless (he was “killed” a couple of times, first by multiple stabbings, and by rifles), however as hard you try, he will come back.
And you’re next.
As for powers? After being resurrected by lightning, he became even more unstoppable, and also in one case was able to take over other peoples, all though briefly.
“Guys, it's okay! He just wanted his machete back!”
Why you won’t survive:
The longer the series continues, the stronger Jason seems to become. Even when it seems like he's all but done for, Jason finds a way back. He even becomes a cyborg in one installment.
We only have one plan for encountering Jason: run as fast as we possibly can.
If he can survive Hell, multiple deaths, drownings, and kill Freddy Krueger, what chance do you have?
Agent Kermit D. Fonz's rating:

Psycho (1960)

Norman Bates
Played by: Anthony Perkins, Vince Vaughan, Henry Thomas, and Freddy Highmore
From the Psycho trilogy, remake, and Bates Motel TV series.

The Ring (2002)

Sadako Yamamura / Samara Morgan
Played by: Various actresses and Daviegh Chase
From the Ringu series, and The Ring trilogy
Known powers: As Samara and Sedako grew up, they developed strange supernatural powers known as nensha, which enabled them to unintentionally burn gruesome images into their parents' minds whenever she was around.
Having no knowledge over their powers, her powers unintentionally spiraled out of control as Samara and Sadako grew up.
Why you won’t survive:
Sadako or Samara in the American remake - is an onryō, seeking revenge for her brutal death. This leads to the creation of a videotape that kills viewers a week later.
While the backstories vary across the different iterations, this character is consistently frightening, and her childlike appearance only makes her more unsettling.
Possessing otherworldly powers in both life and the afterlife, she’s a force that feels inescapable.
Avoiding her is one thing; stopping her completely is quite another.
“Seven days.”
Agent Kermit D. Fonz's rating:

Played by : Tony Todd and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II
Front the Candyman series
Known weapons and powers: Teleportation, levitation, the ability to control swarm of bees, hypnosis, and a rusty hook where his left hand was.
Why you won’t survive:
We want to be careful about saying his name too many times, because we don’t want to end up like any of his victims.
At first glance, Candyman looks like nothing more than a handsome, well-dressed man, but looks can be deceiving.
And by the time you see the blood-stained hook where his right hand should be, it might be too late.
