I watched it as a child.

I liked to see how people spent their time on weekend in Berlin at the end of the 1920s. It's like a documentary with a romantic subplot, very interesting.

I watched the restored version (in HD resolution) of this classic German movie. Historically interesting pictures and dialogues and very good performance by Peter Lorre who is perfect in his role as an insane murderer.
